Craft Projects

Kesley's Car Seat Cover, for baby Zander.
Kesley picked out the fabric and then I just put it all together for her. I made it double sided. I am glad that she really liked it.

Since Laura has been in the Hospital I have been trying to think of things for the new baby. I made this puppy so if he has to be at in the NICU he will have a really cute puppy to look at. Hopefully he just get to look at it at home though. It was a fun project. Laura and I worked on it together. Laura needed a project while she sat at the hospital so I cut out all the circles for the yo-yo's and she hand sewed them together. I made the puppy head and then put it all together. I really hope that Laura and new baby will love the puppy.

Here is another craft project I helped Laura finish had before the baby was born. I asked her if there was something I could do and she had already got the fabric for the car seat. I made it double sided and it really turned out really cool.

Cow Day

July 8th was Dress up like a cow and get free food at Chick-fil-a. Adam called us that night and didn't want to dress up by himself so he came and got Wesley and I. Adam had made cow masks for us and they gave us our meal for free. It was the best free food.

4th of July Weekend

Wesley and I hadn't been down to Payson for a while so we decided to go down there because there was a long weekend and we hadn't seen Nicole, Cody and baby Savannah since she had been home. We planned to spend the whole time at Nicole and Cody's because they can't take Savannah out yet. Saturday night we went to see Transformers: Dark of the Moon with Nicole and Cody in Nephi while Rachelle and David stayed at Nicole's. Nicole and Cody hadn't been able to get out of the house and have a date it a while. We had a great time out with them and surprisingly the theater was very nice.

Sunday we all just hung out for awhile and had a great time watching movies and having a BBQ with everyone. I went down to the farm with Nicole and Cody and helped them do their chores and I thought to show their farm. The river is so high this year that it flood their pasture where they usually keep some of the cows. It was really cool to see all the water and to watch them take care of all the cows. I some time wish that I lived on a farm but it would be too hard on Wesley's allergies and asthma.

I don't really like this picture but I thought to show you a new updated photo of baby Savannah.
