Work Christmas Decorations 2010

At work we were asked to donate money for Christmas decorations and my team didn't have the money so I thought we could make our own out of paper. It turned out really cool. Thank you to Wesley for helping me cut out a lot of the snow flakes and Christmas lights.

We made our own Christmas tree out of office supplies it was really fun and a lot of people always comment on our decorations.

Thanksgiving 2010

Thanksgiving this year was at Abby's parent's house. Almost all the family was there. We were missed Jenny's and Allen's Families but someday we'll all be there for Thanksgiving. We had smoked turkey this year, it was a new thing that Abby's parents tried. It was good, but different. After dinner we all played games together. We played a lot of different games from card games to video games. Grandma and Sara came when we started to play card game so Grandma played "Pit" with us.

The first video is kind of dark sorry we are trying out our new video camera. Wesley brought his xbox to Abby parents house for the boys to play a few games of Madden. The second video is of us after dinner was done. We were cleaning up and just showing how happy everyone was.

Dad's 60th Birthday

Wesley and Abby borrowed the Grim Reaper from Wesley's parents to set up for Dad's birthday. Dad had told us to not do anything that would embarrass him, so we thought this wouldn't be too bad. Jason, Megan, Laura, Abby and Wesley went to Mom and Dad's house to put it up while they were cleaning the church. Not sure if dad really liked it or not but we hope he enjoyed it for the day.

Mom put together a surprise birthday party for dad. We all met up for lunch and dad didn't know that we all were going to be there. Dad had a really good time at lunch and he was grateful that we all there to honor him on his birthday.

Abby got to dress up for Halloween at work and she dressed up as Coraline. If you haven't seen the movie you need to see it.

Wesley Hunting Trip

Wesley was able to go hunting with Cody, Nicole, and Kris. Abby had to work she stayed home this time. They didn't get any deers this year, they didn't even see any. This year wasn't so great for hunting for them all.

Halloween Wreath: Girls craft night

Girls craft night while the men were at priesthood session and Wesley was hunting. Mom ordered pizza and we all were assigned to bring different things to make our Halloween wreath. We saw the idea out of a Halloween magazine. It was a lot of fun to be able to make some Halloween Decorations for our house.
